2. Products & Services
FutureTribe offers:

Digital membership access (online content and resources)

Physical products (e.g. books)

Bundles including both digital access and physical products
3. Membership Access (Digital Content)
Your membership provides access to the FutureTribe platform for the duration of your subscription. Access is personal and must not be shared.
We reserve the right to update or modify content at any time.
4. Licence & Use of Content
When purchasing digital access, you are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence.
You may:

Use the content for personal use

Download materials where available

Use the content internally within your organisation (e.g. workshops or internal tools such as Miro), provided it is not shared externally
You may not:

Share or distribute content outside your organisation

Resell or commercially exploit the content

Upload content to public platforms
All content remains the intellectual property of FutureTribe and is protected under Ophavsretsloven.
5. Physical Products (e.g. Book)
Physical products are delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
6. Prices & Payment
All prices are stated in euro and include VAT as specified.
Payment is required at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within a reasonable time.
For international deliveries, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply.
You can cancel your subscription any time by sending an e-mail to contact@futuretribe.dk
7. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)
Digital Products
By purchasing digital content and gaining immediate access, you expressly consent to delivery beginning immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal.
Physical Products
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase of physical goods within 14 days of receiving the product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing.
You must return the product without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product.
8. Refunds
Refunds for valid withdrawals of physical goods will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned product.
Digital products are non-refundable once access has been granted.
9. User Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
Misuse may result in termination without refund.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions and to introduce new membership types (including team or business licences).
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access in case of breach of these terms.
12. Governing Law
All content remains the intellectual property of FutureTribe and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
13. Privacy & Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
